General Clothing Provision
Description:

Provides Deseret Industries clothing vouchers for those in need of work clothing or for those with an emergency need for clothing.

Eligibility:
Utah County residents.

Homeless Motel Vouchers
Description:

Provides emergency shelter through motel vouchers to families who qualify. Must be able to prove custody of child/children.

Eligibility:
Emergency shelter provided for families with 100% legal and physical custody of children. Women in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Individuals that have been prescreened by the Transitional Services Office at Deseret Industries. Other eligibility criteria may apply. Eligibility can vary, call for more information.

Clothing Vouchers
Description:

Provides Deseret Industries clothing vouchers for those in need of clothing for job interviews or work-related needs. Can also provide furniture and household items for those getting into permanent housing.

Adult Mentoring Programs
Description:

12-week class followed by long term social support and access to resources.

Eligibility:
For low-income individuals who are struggling to find a way out of poverty. 150% or below the poverty line.

Personal Financial Counseling
Description:

Fosters self reliance by providing one on one counseling on budgeting, saving, credit and debt counseling.

Food Pantries
Description:

Provides food items to individuals and families in need.

Eligibility:
No restrictions for the first visit. Any returning visit will require proof of income and family size. Qualified individuals can access services every 2 weeks and re-certify based on income every 3 months. Households must demonstrate there is a need for emergency food assistance due to circumstance beyond their control.

Community Gardening
Description:

Provides community garden plots for families to grow fresh produce. Renters are responsible for watering, weeding, and maintaining plot. There are four community gardens all located in Provo.

Description:

Provides rent payment assistance to families that qualify.

Eligibility:
Generally assists individuals with children under 18, however, may be available to assist individuals without children. Must have an eviction notice in hand or be currently homeless. Household gross income of less than 200% of poverty guideline. Eligibility can vary, though. Call for more information about eligibility.
