Description:

Provide medication for any mental health issues. Also provide Spravato (nasal form of Esketamine) for people with treatment-resistant depression. Provide Esketamine shots. Telehealth available.

Eligibility:
ADHD medication requires an evaluation/diagnosis. Everything else is available for ages 5 and up. Based on insurance or willingness to self-pay.

M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call to make an appointment and fill out professional services agreement. They may need an evaluation first.
Fees:
Depends on the provider. Accepts most insurances (not Medicaid) $150-$300 for first visit $80-$200 for follow up visit $300 for Spravato and Esketamine. Cost of medications vary by insurance
