US Representative for Utah's First Congressional District. The First Congressional District includes most of Northern Utah including Box Elder County, Cache County, Daggett County, Duchesne County, Morgan County, Rich County, Summit County, Uintah County, Weber County, and parts of Davis County (to the south border between Kaysville and Farmington, the North Western Shoshone Reservation, and the Uintah & Ouray Reservations.
