Provides emergency homeless shelter, case management, a homeless diversion program for families with children to help them overcome the obstacles that have led to homelessness. Also, serves as a cold weather "code blue" shelter for families during the winter months.

Homeless families with at least one biological child under 18. Pregnant women in their third trimester.

Case/Care Management
Description:

Case managers help families identify and overcome the barriers causing them to experience homelessness. Case managers also connect clients to community resources that help people leave the shelter and live successfully in the community.

Homeless Diversion Programs
Description:

Homeless diversion programs help people at risk for homelessness identify alternative options.

Eligibility:
Must be receiving services at the Connie Crosby Resource Center. Homeless families with at least one biological child under 18. Pregnant women in their third trimester.

M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Disaster Related Shelter Services
Description:

Provides additional beds for families during emergency cold weather "cold blue" alerts. Relaxed intake requirements are implemented during a code blue alert, providing shelter to all families who need it.

Eligibility:
Must not present a danger to staff or other visitors. Extra beds and modified eligibility are only available on code blue nights.
