Description:
Trained staff help program participants overcome employment barriers, and place them in paid, real-world work opportunities at nonprofit and government agencies in the community. The goal is to help participants update existing skills and gain workforce experience. Upon program completion, participants are placed with private employers in the community.
Eligibility:
Low-income seniors; 55 and older. Must be willing to commit to 20 hours per week for 6 - 12 months.
