Emery County Seventh District and Juvenile Courts

The District Court deals with all civil cases, all criminal felonies, domestic relations cases, and misdemeanors in certain circumstances. The Juvenile Court has jurisdiction over youths, under 18 years of age, who violate federal, state, or municipal laws, and any child who is abused, neglected, or dependent.
