Description:

Helps individuals with disabilities find jobs in the community and helps participants learn how to secure and maintain a job, interview and develop a resume, and manage finances.

Adults with disabilities who reside in Box Elder, Davis, Morgan, or Weber County.

M - Th 8 am - 4:30 pm; F 8 am - 4 pm

Vocational Rehabilitation
Description:

Helps individuals with disabilities learn job skills while working on real contracts. An individual program plan is developed for each client to determine which services will be provided. Workers are paid for each contract completed.

Eligibility:
Adults with disabilities who reside in Box Elder, Davis, Morgan, or Weber County.

M - F 8 am - 3 pm

Adult Day Programs
Description:

Provides a day program where adults with disabilities can interact with each other and participate in activities and field trips. Also assists with daily living skills like household chores, personal hygiene, and dressing.

Eligibility:
Adults with disabilities who reside in Box Elder, Davis, Morgan, or Weber County.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 3 pm
