Description:

Hands-on coaching by our highly trained in-home educators. Parents have weekly meetings, over the course of four months to prevent and alleviate the risks of child abuse and neglect, strengthen the family unit, and increase life skills. New parenting skills are taught, discussed, and home practice exercises are assigned.

For parents and caregivers who have an open case with DCFS.

Description:

Offers respite care for all members of the community, but also offers Adoption Respite to families who have foster children or have adopted a child through the State of Utah's Division of Child and Family Services. Program accommodates children with severe behavioral challenges that may make it difficult for parents to locate a babysitter. Provides care for all children in the family, not just the adopted or foster children.

Available to community members in Weber and Morgan Counties.

Description:

Provides education for parents in a group setting to help families implement changes so that chaotic homes become safe. Parenting Classes are eight weeks long with childcare for children up to 11 years of age, (based on availability). Stepfamily classes are seven weeks long with families divided into groups (adults, teens, and school-aged children) with childcare for children up to 5 years of age.

Description:

Crisis nursery provides a healthy, nurturing atmosphere for children when parents have no one to turn to for child care during stress, emergencies or self-help appointments. Crisis nursery is for emergencies, or to prevent emergencies or crisis. FSCO encourages parents to utilize the Nursery before they are overwhelmed.

Eligibility:
All members of the community with children one month to 11 years.
Adoption respite available to families who have foster children or have adopted a child through the State of Utah's Division of Child and Family Services.

M - F 10 am - 6 pm; Crisis situations: 24/7

Call for appointment one day in advance or walk in for emergencies.
