The Circles program helps individuals and families move out of poverty by building supportive relationships and community connections. Participants set goals for financial stability and meet weekly for a meal and education with volunteers who provide encouragement and resources. It focuses on empowerment and long-term self-sufficiency rather than direct financial aid. St George meetings are held at the Grace Episcopal church.
