Description:

Certified Application Counselors are available to help clients understand, apply for, and enroll in health coverage through the Marketplace, Medicaid, and CHIP.

Can fill contact lense prescriptions and lense prescriptions for the unhoused.

Eligibility:
Homeless & patients with an income less than 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Must have a referral from Dr. on staff.

Description:

Counseling, crisis intervention, mental health, and substance use disorders for individuals experiencing homelessness. Also provides psychiatrists on staff that can help manage and prescribe medications.
