Description:

Program helps local homeowners with minor exterior home repairs such as painting, landscaping, and clean up through volunteers.

Eligibility:
Applicants must own and live in the home that needs repair and meet income guidelines. The home must also be on a foundation.

Builds homes with the help of the future homeowner and sells them at/below market value, with no interest. Applicants provide 250 hours of sweat equity in constructing the home.

Eligibility:
Applicants must meet financial guidelines, have one year of good rental history, and be capable of paying the mortgage rate and providing 250 hours of sweat equity.
