Description:

Provides a way for low-income families to own a home through a sweat equity program. Families pay a down payment and a monthly mortgage that goes into a revolving fund used to build houses for other families.

Eligibility:
Qualifications based on ability to pay a monthly mortgage payment, need, and willingness to partner with Habitat. Other qualifications include having lived or worked for at least one year in Utah County, earning no more than 30-80% of the area median income, willing to complete required sweat equity hours (350 hours for a two parent household, 200 hours for a single parent).

Tu - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Interested individuals must attend an Information Session. Call or go online to see when the next sessions will be held and to be placed on a notification list.
Fees:
No cost to apply. Homeowners have a monthly mortgage payment based on family income.

Repair program that provides grants to low to moderate income homeowners who need assistancewith repairs that will alleviate health, safety, and accessibility issues.

Eligibility:
Must own and live in your home in Utah County, and be current on mortgage and property taxes. Must be a U.S. Citizen or have Permanent Resident Status. Must
have a total household income less than 80% of the median income, and must complete 10 hours of volunteer service prior to the project start.

Tu - F 8 am - 5 pm

Fees:
$10 application fee. Project fee is calculated as 10 % of total project cost.
