Provides health care to underserved and uninsured people in Salt Lake County. Services provided include physician-ordered blood tests, diabetes education, medical education, and specialty care (orthopedic, dermatology, nephrology, ENT, minor surgery, GYN, and diabetic care),
Eligibility:
-Individuals and families at or below 150% of federal poverty guidelines,
-Cannot be eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, homeless services, or other programs.
