A comprehensive mental health institute that incorporates an adult psychiatric hospital, a children's/adolescent psychiatric hospital, and substance use disorder treatment services. The institute offers general counseling services, detoxification, substance use disorder counseling, comprehensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, psychiatric emergency room care, a suicide prevention hotline, general crisis intervention hotline, a warm line, a mental health crisis line, and in person crisis intervention. It serves all of Utah and parts of the Intermountain West.

Description:

Recovery Works is an intensive outpatient (IOP) addiction recovery program for adults. The program is designed to offer intensive structure and support for those dealing with issues related to substance use disorders. The IOP sessions meet four nights per week for eight weeks. The sessions focus on relapse prevention, mindfulness, and developing coping skills.

An emergency room for adults experiencing crisis mental health conditions. Licensed social workers and counselors thoroughly evaluate clients and develop customized treatment plans. Conditions treated include anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), psychosis, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, suicidal behaviors or thoughts, and other mental health disorders.

Description:

The Youth Residential Treatment (YRT) program provides a secure, live-in facility licensed to provide affirming mental and behavioral care to struggling adolescent girls. Each teen’s treatment is individualized and unique to their presenting problems. A typical stay is five to eight weeks.
