Intermountain Homecare and Hospice - Logan

As part of the Intermountain Health care system, provides hospice care, home nursing, and medical equipment rental to communities across Utah with local offices covering Cache and Box Elder County. Also provides a support group for individuals that have recently experienced the death of a loved one.
