Provides individual (adult) therapy to assist those struggling with emotional dysregulation and distress, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse/trauma, pornography/sexual addictions, domestic violence, anger management, family relationship discord, problems with healthy intimate relationships, parenting difficulties, self-worth issues, and behavioral issues.
Also offers neurofeedback, brain wave training. Helps with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental illnesses. Done by a specialist but can also be combined with other services at the center.
