Description:

Provides one on one meetings with peer specialists who have lived experience with the criminal justice system. Also provides family peer support specialists who can offer support and guidance to families of those navigating the justice system. Teleconferencing services available.

Eligibility:
Those with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or criminal justice involvement.

Office: M - F 9 am - 6 pm; Phone: 24/7

Description:

Provides transportation services for individuals and their families who are currently involved in the criminal justice system. Rides are given to and from justice-related locations such as prisons, courts, parole offices, and halfway houses, as well as medical facilities such as treatment centers and healthcare offices.

Eligibility:
Individuals and families involved in the criminal justice system in Cache, Weber, or Salt Lake County.
