Provides The National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) for people with prediabetes at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes.

Eligibility:
-Aged 18 and older
-BMI of at least 24

M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Provides a directory of Diabetes Self-Management, Education, and Support Services (DSMES) for people with diabetes. Program objectives include learning to eat healthy and active, how to stay active, checking blood sugar regularly, information on diabetes medications, how to cope with the emotional side effects of diabetes, and how to reduce the risk of other health problems. Also, offers workshops on specific topics related to diabetes
