Dedicated to placing service dogs to United States Military veterans as well as adults and children with physical and hidden disabilities.
Eligibility:
Children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities, and PTSD.
Military Veterans who have service-related physical injuries as well as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury may also be eligible. Must be willing to travel to Washington County if from another county.

M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Download application online and mail in.
Fees:
A $40 non-refundable processing fee with completed application. Fees for services dogs vary, call for more information. Must be paid before the dog is placed. Dogs are gifted to veterans.
