Meals on Wheels provides a hot, nutritious lunch to homebound seniors. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Special diets and liquid meals are available for those with special nutritional needs.

Free classes for caregivers, including: Dealing with Dementia: A 4-hour workshop providing tips and strategies for family caregivers on best practices for caring for their loved ones and themselves.

Stress-busting for Caregivers: Teaches proves stress-reducing techniques for those caring for someone with a chronic illness or dementia.
