Description:
Provides routine medical care to uninsured, low-income community members. Services provided include same-day appointments for medical conditions, adult family medicine, pediatric care, childhood immunizations, laboratory tests, minor radiology services, women's health, and a diabetes clinic. Clinic caregivers also assist patients in obtaining prescription medications. Note the following services are not provided at the clinic: emergency care, prenatal care, dental care, and prescriptions for controlled substances.
Eligibility:
Individuals and families at or below 250% of federal poverty guidelines. Must have no health insurance at all to qualify.

M, Th 9 am - 4 pm; Tu, W 9 am - 8 pm; F 9 am - 12 Noon
