Description:
The MVP program provides interim housing and medical services to seniors, veterans and the medically frail who are experiencing homelessness. It provides a safe and supportive environment where individuals can connect with housing services, rehabilitate from illness, and access connections to the necessary health care and care management services to find stability and move toward permanent housing and other long-term solutions.
Eligibility:
Seniors, veterans, and the medically frail.
Clients must be able to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom and manage their own medications.

Intake Procedure:
Anyone may submit a referral for someone needing help. Not a walk-in facility. Also pay call the homeless resource line or walk into another homeless resource center.
