Description:

Serves as a site for the Utah Cancer Control Program, providing vouchers for mammography services.

Eligibility:
Women ages 40-64, Eligibility is determined by household size and income- Even clients with insurance may qualify for some services.

Description:

Description:

Offers patients of all ages and backgrounds comprehensive primary healthcare services including well care, prenatal care, pediatrics, immunizations, women's health, geriatrics, and treatment for acute illnesses and chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
