Midtown Wellness Clinic - Weber

Midtown Wellness Clinic, located at Weber Human Services, is designed to improve the physical health of individuals with mental illnesses and addictions. Comprehensive primary care services including treatment for acute and chronic illnesses, well care, mental health counseling, and medication management for mental health issues are offered. Patients must be 18 and over with a serious and persistent mental health concern to be seen at this clinic.
