Description:

Provides a 12-week leadership and job readiness program for youth. Individuals earn a biweekly stipend of $200 and get guidance how to handle their first paycheck and establish good money habits. Skills development includes: problem solving, goal setting, communication, team building, project assessment, planning, development and implementation, cost breakdowns, budgeting, time management and organization, resume writing, public speaking, and computer training.
