Developmental Assessment
Description:

NPE is used to assess individual strengths and difficulties. Can take anywhere from 2 to 8 hours to complete.
Also offers learning disability evaluations.

Children age 2 and up

Call the office and they will mail / email you paperwork. Can only make appointment once paperwork has been submitted.
For learning disability evaluation, call to schedule appointment.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Description:

Provides evaluations for disorders including ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, traumatic brain injury, dementia, PTSD, learning disabilities, and other developmental disabilities.

Eligibility:
Children 5 and up
Service Hours:
M - Th 8 am - 6 pm, F 9 am - 4 pm
Intake Procedure:
Submit new patient paperwork online. When calling to schedule appointment they may discuss additional paperwork. Evaluation is without the child, therapy is with the child.
