Eligibility:
Members must submit a request within 90 days of the notice they disagreed with.

Description:
Conducts fair hearings for divisions administered within DHHS, including the Division of Child and Family Services, the Division of Services for People with Disabilities, the Office of Recovery Services, the Division of Licensing and Background Checks, and Adult Protective Services.
Eligibility:
Requests for DCFS and APS must be received within 30 days from the date of service on the Notice of Agency Action. Requests involving other agencies need to be submitted within 15 days.
