M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Description:
The Children's Hearing Aid Program provides free hearing aids to qualifying children.
Eligibility:
Residents of Utah who have been diagnosed with hearing loss. Must be under 18, prioritizing children under 6. The family must make under 300% of the FPL.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call for more information or visit the website to apply. Application must be signed by an audiologist.
