Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response

Licenses and trains EMS professionals, coordinates the disaster relief efforts of the local health departments, and acts as a liaison between the state and federal government, hospitals, and Medical Reserve Corps volunteers. Also provides direct disaster relief services to local health departments, hospitals, and EMS providers.
