Community assistance organization that provides a variety of services in Ogden and Weber County. Services provided include GED/high school equivalency test instruction, Head Start, Early Head Start, English as a second language instruction, job finding assistance, VITA Programs, mental health expense assistance, and landlord/tenant dispute resolution.
Description:

Holiday gifts for low income households in Weber and Davis County. This event includes resource fairs, life skills development classes for parents, a Christmas store, and a Christmas carnival for kids. Registration will be open from October 20th, 2023.

Eligibility:
Parents attend a class in finance or parenting online before receiving assistance. The links for the classes are in the registration form.

Description:

Program in partnership with the Weber School District for adults who did not graduate from high school and wish to take the GED test to continue their education, enroll in college, or qualify for jobs that require a high school diploma. The program covers the GED enrollment fee, but does not provide test preparation or instruction.
