Provides a comprehensive family support program to help families overcome the barriers of poverty and prevent abuse. Services include rapid-re-housing programs, a fully mobile food pantry, and providing formula/baby food, and case/care management.
Rapid Re-Housing Programs
Description:

The Homeless to Housing Program assists individuals and families who are homeless or about to become homeless. Case managers meet with participants regularly to develop and implement an action plan to secure and maintain permanent housing.

Individuals and families who are homeless or about to be homeless
Residents of Davis and Morgan Counties

M - F 9 am - 5 pm

Food Pantries
Description:

A fully mobile food pantry that distributes food at various locations throughout Davis and Morgan counties. Provides a 3 to 5 day food supply to families, helping them meet their basic nutritional needs.

Eligibility:
Household income 150% or less of the federal poverty level
Residents of Davis and Morgan Counties
A household is eligible for one food box per month
