Supported Employment
Description:

Helps with employment training, placement, and adjustment. Acts as an ongoing one-on-one support for the individual.

Supported Living Services for Adults With Disabilities
Description:

Provides support, supervision, and general assistance for adults with disabilities. Provides medication management, communication, transportation to community activities and shopping, and tracking income and bills.

Specialized Information and Referral
Description:

Works with individuals and families, helping to connect them to available resources to maintain an independent lifestyle. Also provides community trainings and courses on brain injuries.
