Classes are kept small to enhance student/teacher interaction. Three levels of courses from pre-literate to high intermediate are offered.

The program provides medical, educational, occupational interpretation, and translation services to organizations and individuals. Interpretation services are provided in person in Spanish, Arabic, Somali, Swahili, Nepali, and 30+ other languages.

The program partners with schools, non-profits, and community members to provide social, emotional, and academic support. After-school programs are offered at the Sunnyvale Neighborhood Center, Evergreen Junior High School, Olympus High School, and William Penn Elementary.
