A senior center partnering with the Northwest Community Center providing a comprehensive range of services to improve the lives of Salt Lake County residents aged 60 and over. Services include a senior center bus, congregate meals/nutrition sites, caregiver/care receiver support groups, computer literacy training programs (classes), English as a second language classes, Spanish as a second language classes, and physical fitness activities and classes.
Senior Centers
Description:

Provides a community center where people aged 60 and over can be involved in a wide range of classes and activities including ceramics, crafting, painting, and card making. Exercise classes and language classes are also provided.

Senior Center Bus Services
Description:

Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites
Description:

Provides a nutritious meal each weekday primarily for Salt Lake County residents aged 60 and over.

Salt Lake County residents aged 60 and over and their spouse or dependent child

Description:

Provides caregiver support groups both virtually and in person. The group goal is to help caregivers solve related issues and minimize stress. One of the topics covered includes dealing with dementia.
