The Road Home

Provides emergency shelter and personalized case management to help people overcome their homelessness. Case management connects individuals to housing resources in the community, as well as to community partners that specialize in additional resources such as employment assistance, financial assistance, substance use, mental health treatment, and rental deposit assistance.
