Area agency on aging that provides a wide range of community based services to senior citizens in Salt Lake County. Offers extreme heat cooling programs, home delivered meals, a senior ride program, long term care ombudsman services, in home respite care, Medicare information and counseling, caregiver support groups, specialized information and referral, and educational classes covering chronic disease self management, wellness, and nutrition.
