Description:

Offers STI & HIV tests. Testing is available for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, trichomoniasis, hep B and hep C, and genital warts, pelvic inflammatory disease/infections. Also provides PrEP treatments.

Eligibility:
Anyone 14 and older. Children are not permitted in the exam rooms or lobby.

Walk in permitted, but calling ahead to make an appointment is preferred.
Fees:
HIV testing is at no cost unless it is court ordered. Fees vary by test, but range from $40-$80. Cannot bill health insurance.

Description:

Program provides low-income women, infants and children under 5 with nutrition education, vouchers for nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, a review of immunization records, and referrals to other helpful agencies.

Eligibility:
Pregnant or breastfeeding woman, woman who has just had a baby, or child less than five years of age who meet income requirements.
