Description:

New car seats are sold on a sliding scale to qualifying families. Also provides car seat inspections to ensure proper installation. The infant or child must be present for the appointment, and appointments usually last around 1 hour.

Eligibility:
Must be at or below 195% of the current federal poverty level and be a Salt Lake city resident. One car seat per child can be provided through the program. No restrictions apply for car seat inspections.

Description:

Provides required and recommended immunizations for children, adolescents, and adults. Can provide seasonal immunizations such as the flu and covid shot, as well as travel immunizations for those visiting other countries. Also provides immunization records.

Program provides low-income women, infants and children under 5 with nutrition education, vouchers for nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, a review of immunization records, and referrals to other helpful agencies.
