San Juan Public Health Department

Provides services that promote the achievement and maintenance of optimal health for all people living in San Juan County. Services include restaurant/food sanitation, marriage licenses, food handling permits, death certificates, environmental hazards information, birth certificates, prenatal/postnatal home visitation, programs, early intervention for children with disabilities/delays, and WIC.
