Description:
Provides group, individual, and parenting partner sessions with a structured curriculum for mothers to connect with others experiencing similar difficulties. Each session is conducted by a licensed clinical social worker. 12 week long program. Individual therapy available via telehealth.
Eligibility:
Women experiencing depression, anxiety, loss of interest, loss of appetite, feelings of hopelessness, isolating, excessive worrying, intrusive thoughts, or suicidal thoughts related to PPD. Serves women up to two years postpartum.
Service Hours:
M, Tu, Th 10 am - 1 pm; parenting partner sessions W 6:30 pm - 8 pm

Accepts most major insurances. Does not accept Medicaid. Call for details. $40 deposit to hold first appointment.
