Must show card or the downloaded mobile app to the pharmacy when purchasing prescription medications to receive the lowest price available to client: the negotiated discounted rate, pharmacy price, or insurance price (if client has health insurance).
Application/Referral Process
You can print a card from the website, request a physical card in the mail, or have a digital copy emailed or texted to you. You can also call, sign up on the website, or download the SingleCare app.
