Southwest Behavioral Health Center - Garfield County

Assists clients, families, and communities in preventing and recovering from severe and persistent mental illness and addiction. Services include outpatient substance use disorder treatment, assessments for substance use disorders, general counseling, substance use disorder counseling, mental health education, mental health evaluations, parenting skills classes, psychiatric case management, a residential treatment center, and a mental health crisis hotline.
