Assists clients, families, and communities in preventing and recovering from severe and persistent mental illness and addiction through the following services: substance use disorder assessments, counseling services, mental health hotlines, mental health information, mental health evaluations, psychiatric case management, residential substance use disorder treatment, substance use disorder counseling, and suicide prevention programs.
