Provides services for individuals who are homeless including shelter, food pantry, bus fare, certificate/forms assistance, disaster related shelter services, identification card fee payment assistance, job finding assistance, public access to computers, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, housing search assistance, and rent payment and rent deposit assistance.
Bus Fare
Description:

Provides bus fare for qualified homeless individuals. Limited availability.

Eligibility:
Serves homeless individuals and families. Must be homeless.

Certificates/Forms Assistance
Description:

Provides assistance with applications and eligibility processes for Food Stamps, Medicaid, and other state programs.

Description:

Provides temporary shelter for those who are homeless.

Food Pantries
Description:

Provides non-perishable food items for low-income individuals and families.

Eligibility:
No restrictions for the first visit. Any returning visit will require proof of income and family size. Qualified individuals can access services every 2 weeks and re-certify based on income every 3 months. Households must demonstrate there is a need for emergency food assistance due to circumstance beyond control.

Identification Card Fee Payment Assistance
Description:

Provides payment assistance for Identification Cards.

Eligibility:
For homeless individuals and families. Must have a need (lost item, need for
job) and are unable to afford the cost.

Description:

Rent Payment Assistance
Description:

Provides a one-time rent payment assistance if funding is available. Individuals may be required to engage in other programs offered. The review process takes up to 7 days.

Eligibility:
Serves individuals and families with children under 18 years old in the household. For rental assistance, must have an eviction notice in hand. Household gross income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.
