Tooele HEAT Program

Provides winter and summer home energy assistance for eligible low-income households throughout the State, between November to April. Offers one-time assistance per year per household. Target groups include families with children age five and younger, the elderly, and residents with a disability. For a limited time, those who qualify for utility payment assistance, may also qualify for water and/or cooling payment assistance.
