USDA Rural Home Purchase Loan Programs
Description:

Housing program providing low interest loans for individuals residing in rural areas to assist with the cost of purchasing a home.

Eligibility:
Individuals currently without safe, sanitary housing who are unable to obtain a loan from other sources. Applicants must use the residence as the primary home, and must also meet income requirements.

Home Rehabilitation Loans
Description:

Provides loans and grants to aid low income homeowners in repairing, improving, or modernizing their homes. Can also be used to remove health and safety hazards.

Eligibility:
Homeowners who own and occupy the home, are unable to obtain affordable credit elsewhere, and have an income deemed to be 'very low' by the USDA standards.
