Description:

The United Partnership Council (UPC) initiative brings community leaders together to address the increasingly concentrated needs of residents of the central area of county. The goal is to ensure all children and youth have access to great schools and strong systems of family and community support that will prepare them to attain an excellent education and successfully transition to college and career.

Description:

Supports local nonprofits in increasing their capability and capacity by providing training and resources. Provide shared workspace and meeting rooms for local nonprofits in their Learning Campus. Provides access to a searchable database listing over 90,000 foundations available to the public for the identification of grant possibilities, one-on-one consulting, and networking opportunities.

Home visiting program through trained volunteers who provide monthly support to parents.
