Provides head start, early head start, and home based parenting education.
Description:

Home visits focus on parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting, and family well-being, based on strengths, capabilities, and skills as well as building protective factors within the family. Program serves a range of families with high needs - not just first time parents. Assists pregnant parents or teen parents - and offers services from birth to kindergarten entry. Families with children under age 3 are most likely to receive services.

Eligibility:
At-risk families with children under the age of 5.

Description:

Dual partnership with Early Head Start. Families are able to drop kids off for quality early learning opportunities while in daycare.

Eligibility:
Children ages 6 weeks to 36 months old. Must be enrolled in both Early Head Start and partner site. Priority given to those receiving child care subsidy, children with special needs, foster children, and homeless families.

Description:

Provides health, education, and other programs that promote self-sufficiency for preschool aged children and families facing adversity. Inclusive environment that welcomes children with disabilities into all of their settings.

Eligibility:
Children in Utah who turn 3 or 4 by September 1st. Priority is given to families who have children with disabilities or whose income is within the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
