Operates a statewide network of state stores and package agencies that sell alcoholic beverages in excess of 5% by volume, administers the liquor laws, provides alcohol education, alcohol beverage licensing and complaints, and regulates the sale, service, storage, manufacture, distribution, and consumption of alcoholic products.
