Utah's Safe Haven law allows birth parents to anonymously give up custody of their newborn child without facing any legal consequences.
Application/Referral Process
The baby should be dropped off at any Utah hospital that is open 24 hours a day. The infant should be left with a hospital worker wearing proper identification or a name badge. Visit website for list of hospitals statewide.
